Operations Tools & Support Engineer

Role Overview

• Contribute to the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of production tools used across the network
• Monitor and support the BVN operations network
• Define requirements and draft specifications for production tools
• Participate in development, upgrade, testing, and validation phases of production tools
• Prepare training materials and their worldwide deployment
• Maintain and improve production tools continuously
• Provide functional support to users and solve operational issues

Requirements

• Initial experience in a technical environment (equipment, certification, industrial or maritime)
• Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, databases)
• Understanding challenges related to production tools and their evolution
• Strong organizational skills
• Rigor and analytical thinking
• Practical mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Ability to enjoy teamwork while being able to work autonomously
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
