Role Overview

• Responsible for supporting the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management program
• Implement and manage processes within the BU or HQ
• Establish and monitor the risk appetite
• Assess control over critical processes
• Analyze internal and external risk events
• Optimize operational risk capital
• Present business solutions to leaders in functional area
• Communicate complex messages with others to adopt new points of view
• Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college
• Or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Enterprise and Operational Risk
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
• Established project management skills
