Role Overview
- Own the evolution of our automation framework
- Define the end-to-end testing strategy across squads
- Drive improvements that reduce manual effort, increase reliability, and accelerate releases
- Collaborate with international teams and partners
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing with hands-on coding in Java.
- Strong experience with Java, RestAssured, and JUnit or TestNG.
- Proven experience designing and scaling automation frameworks for backend services and APIs.
- Experience defining multi-layer testing strategies and improving CI/CD test stages.
- Experience with non-functional testing, including performance and security.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
- Advanced English.
- Resides in Argentina or Uruguay.
