About this role
Role Overview
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Intelligence Community agencies and related national security stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, program managers, and technical evaluators within the IC
Conduct market and mission research to align Accrete’s capabilities with priority intelligence use cases
Execute outbound outreach and manage inbound interest from government stakeholders
Coordinate and support discovery sessions, technical demos, and mission briefings for senior leadership and sales teams
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems and report on opportunity progression and conversion
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to refine positioning for IC-specific use cases
Support capture activities, including proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and contracting processes (e.g., FAR-based procurements, IDIQs, OTAs)
Represent Accrete at classified and unclassified industry events, conferences, and government engagements
Continuously refine engagement strategies based on mission needs, customer feedback, and competitive landscape
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Intelligence Community or broader federal national security space
Direct experience supporting or selling into IC agencies (e.g., DIA, NGA, NSA, CIA, or related organizations)
Familiarity with federal procurement processes and contract vehicles commonly used in the IC
Experience supporting complex technology sales, ideally in AI/ML, data analytics, or enterprise software
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and support deal progression in government environments
Experience operating in or supporting classified environments is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Affairs, Security Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
