Role Overview
- Establish a comprehensive mature security posture and hygiene strategy for AI and ML technologies
- Assemble and manage a dedicated team for implementing cybersecurity controls
- Develop strategies for continuous monitoring of security controls
- Ensure hygiene of security configurations
- Collaborate with departments to align security measures
- Conduct regular assessments to determine maturity of security controls
- Lead initiatives to educate and train team members
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 9 years of experience OR Masters Degree and 8 years of experience OR PhD and 4 years of experience
- Proven leadership in cybersecurity
- Experience implementing an AI security program across an enterprise
- Expert knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and security technologies
- Deep understanding of risk management principles
- Experience with the CIS Top 18 controls
