Lead the Risk and Finance Reporting Tech Strategy and develop the vision for risk and finance reporting solutions
Design and implement Data Mesh framework ensuring data is treated as a product
Oversee architecture of data pipelines, lakes, warehouses, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Mentor and grow a team of data engineers and specialists fostering a collaborative environment
Ensure integration of various data sources into the data platform using modern ETL/ELT frameworks
Leverage cloud technologies to manage and scale Risk and Finance Reporting products
Implement data governance policies ensuring data quality and compliance with regulations

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform management
Proven experience leading data platform architecture in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Strong commercial experience with Python and Django
Solid understanding of data governance, security best practices, and compliance standards
Fluent in English in communication due to Pan-Baltic operations
