Plan and facilitate design thinking workshops to foster collaboration and idea exploration.
Creating mock-ups or prototypes at low and high fidelity to convey solutions and iterate based on feedback.
Support Development during implementation to ensure we create a seamless experience for our users.
Work across our product ecosystem, creating comprehensive and seamless experiences in a highly technical domain.
Lead a product area, working closely with Development and Product teams to define and develop new features.
Requirements
Professional experience as a UX Designer
Experience working in a fast-paced environment providing designs for multiple development teams
The ability to plan and moderate activities in discovery to better understand the users’ journey and subsequently their problems and needs
Experience with validation at various phases of the design process (interviews, click through validation, usability sessions, etc.)
Experience contributing to or stewarding design processes, including evolving design systems or Design Ops alongside product development.
Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Confluence, and Jira
An understanding of front-end development tools (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
Familiarity or curiosity designing for AI-driven experiences; both integrated into the user experience and into the team processes to enable a richer design practice.
Experience designing simple, quality, end to end solutions in a highly technical domain.
The ability to communicate design rationale in a structured manner to foster collaboration and learning.
