Lead professional and compelling presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.
Direct the negotiation and closing of complex contracts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term client satisfaction.
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategic planning and maintain a forward-looking business development approach.
Partner with leadership and departments across Marketing, Community Operations, and Resident Experience to ensure alignment with strategic goals and execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management.
Track record of high performance in new business development.
A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Must be willing to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings at corporate, communities, Board meetings, sales presentations, etc.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check.
