About this role
Role Overview
Partner with Marketing to conceptualize and execute lead generation strategies
Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline to exceed new business targets
Establish and nurture trusted relationships with HOA boards and community leaders
Leverage deep industry insight to understand prospect needs and deliver customized, strategic solutions
Lead professional and compelling presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition
Direct the negotiation and closing of complex contracts
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging market opportunities
Partner with leadership and departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management
Track record of high performance in new business development
A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Must be willing to travel weekly as needed for on-site meetings at corporate, communities, Board meetings, sales presentations, etc.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, motor vehicle check, and credit check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Superior relationship-building skills
Strong financial acumen relevant to the economic impact of community management
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Adherence to sales strategy and management of CRM as a single source of truth
Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable
Confident in navigating ambiguity and driving innovation
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal tact
Adaptable with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
