Develop interactive and visually effective Power BI reports and dashboards.
Build and maintain efficient data models using best practices in dimensional modeling and Power BI semantic design.
Write SQL queries for ad hoc analysis, data validation, and issue investigation.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and convert them into dashboard solutions.
Analyze data trends, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
Optimize report performance, refresh efficiency, and model design.
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to define reporting requirements.
Document metrics, calculations, assumptions, and dashboard logic.

Experience with Power Query and data transformation. Familiarity with row-level security, incremental refresh, and report optimization.
Experience with Excel, SSRS, or other reporting tools. Knowledge of KPI design, trend analysis, and operational reporting.
2 to 5 years of experience in Power BI development or BI reporting.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, including star schema, fact and dimension tables, and relationships.
Good understanding of DAX for calculations, measures, and business logic.
Strong visualization skills with an eye for clarity, usability, and executive-friendly reporting.
Proficiency in SQL for ad hoc analysis, joins, aggregations, filtering, and data validation.
Ability to work independently on analysis requests and reporting enhancements
