Contribute to multidisciplinary teams by delivering bioinformatics and data analysis for proteomics focused studies, integrating multimodal data to support all phases of drug R&D.
Provide bioinformatics expertise to support experimental design and ensure high quality results.
Manage, curate and document data in compliance with best practices and organisational guidelines.
Develop, implement and maintain scalable and reproducible data analysis workflows.
Preprocess, analyse and model complex biological datasets and interpret results to address key questions during the R&D of new therapeutics.
Document, communicate and present results clearly to cross-functional teams, supporting data driven decision making.
Requirements
Formal education and PhD in Bioinformatics, Data Sciences, or related field.
Strong foundation in statistics, AI/ML and computational methods applied to biological data.
Proficiency in Python and R with the ability to develop production ready code.
Capability to design and execute bioinformatics and machine learning analysis independently.
Strong data visualisation and reporting skills.
Ability to follow established guidelines and best practices in data management and analysis, including reproducibility, version control and documentation.
Ability to integrate datasets and derive biologically meaningful insights to support informed decision making.
Experience working in Linux and cloud computing environments.
Hands-on experience with Bash and workflow management systems.
Experience in analysing proteomics and/or other omics data.
Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex findings to cross-functional teams.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Domain knowledge in Oncology and previous experience in pharmaceutical environment is considered as a plus.
