Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Service design, Interaction Design, Information Design, Product Design or equivalent professional experience
Passionate, motivated, curious self-starter with a strong collaborative nature.
Expertise in stakeholder management and workshop leadership over several months of in-depth service design development
Expertise in user design principles, information architecture, heuristic analysis and search experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication and captivating storytelling skills
Detailed knowledge of user-centred design principles
Skills in blending qualitative and quantitative data into designs
