M.Sc. Computer Science and at least 7 years experience in Java or Golang software development
Confident use of agentic AI tools for workflow automation, problem-solving, and software development
Proficiency in development of distributed software, cloud mechanisms, tooling and providers (Azure, AWS, Container, Kubernetes etc.)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code & continuous integration and DevOps
Proficiency with storage technologies (SQL DB, NoSQL DB, Data Lake, etc.)
Familiarity with Clean Code, Peer Review and Pair Programming
High degree of motivation & ability to collaborate in agile teams
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German & English
