Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our Technology AI and Data practice with a dedicated focus on military clients in the Defense & Security segment.
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and interactive dashboards.
Collaborate with military clients to understand data architecture, data pipeline and reporting requirements.
Lead the development of ETL pipelines and dashboard integrations using Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform tools (i.e. Power BI).
Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
Develop and optimize dashboards aligned with federal reporting standards, as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal data governance, security, and performance standards.

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree
ONE (1) or more years of experience in data engineering and dashboard development.
Experience with Databricks, business intelligence tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure.)
Experience using SQL, Python, or Spark.
Experience building ETL pipelines and integrating data sources into reporting platforms.
