Lead an agile product manager, data analyst, and engineering team in a matrix organization to deliver innovative solutions that address evolving business and client requirements
Collaborate with global teams to execute cross-border projects and continuously enhance best practices in data product solutions
Mentor and develop junior data product manager, data analyst, and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
Oversee data demand and problem rationalization, product feature design, and data workflow for both structured and unstructured data, leveraging AI technologies
Pioneer the design and development of data agents using agentic AI frameworks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field
Minimum 17 years of experience in the financial services industry
At least 15 years of hands-on experience in core data domains in asset management industry such as Sales, Flow, product, marketing, and finance
At least 10 years of data product management experience and proficient with product lifecycle management and business driven execution
At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Salesforces, its vendor ecosystem, and global sales distribution channels
Familiar with index based passive product, actively managed ETF, digital product, and derivative enhanced product from research, launch, and post-launch data management
Proficiency in modern data management tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and programming languages (Python, SQL);
familiarity with AI code generation tools such as Anthropic Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot
Minimum 2 years of experience working with unstructured data (e.g., Sales note, 13F filings, news, social media)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple countries
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and candid in approach
Any of the following is highly desirable: Prior experience in a data product or engineering role within a financial institution. Experience with structured and unstructured data management tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, document management systems). Completion of CFA Level II, FRM, or equivalent certification.
