Alternative Ops Fund Accounting, Officer

Role Overview

• Manage day-to-day accounting and administration for client sponsored investment funds
• Supervise subordinate staff levels including Associate 1, Associate 2 and Senior Associates
• Ensure highest quality of client service and appropriate KPIs are in place and understood
• Act as the escalation point for operational issues and provide technical expertise
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and policies
• Support onboarding of new clients and promote a collaborative environment
• Engage and retain workforce, supporting training and development opportunities

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple assignments
• Experience in hedge fund administration management
• Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize effectively
• Technical expertise to act as an escalation point for operational issues
• Ability to track outstanding queries and ensure timely management
