Lead the development and deployment of Microsoft solutions, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on .NET, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure projects
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions
Continuously evaluate current Microsoft practices and recommend improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and solution quality
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and project updates
Participate in project planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance activities to ensure timely and successful project completion

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies
Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework/Core, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure cloud services
Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET for application development
Experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on Azure platforms
Knowledge of PowerPlatform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus
Ability to work with SQL Server and other data management tools
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
