Role Overview
- Oversee all global tax strategy, planning, compliance, and operations
- Ensure accurate tax reporting and manage global tax position
- Partner closely with senior leadership for tax strategy alignment
- Oversee transfer pricing strategy and tax audits
- Advise on tax implications for strategic initiatives
- Develop and mentor a high-performing global tax team
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive tax experience
- 8+ years in senior leadership roles within SaaS or technology companies
- Proven experience in a publicly traded company, including SOX compliance and ASC 740 tax accounting
- Strong technical expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international taxation
- Demonstrated success building and scaling global tax teams and processes
- Experience with ERP and tax technology systems (e.g., NetSuite, OneSource, Alteryx, Avalara)
- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to senior leadership
