Enable a scalable and effective sales organization by leading projects to drive sales productivity
Partner cross functionally to meet the ongoing operational needs of the sales organization and support sales leaders
Provide direction, mentorship, and support to Sales Business Analysts
Work closely with senior sales leaders to understand their priorities and provide actionable insights
Ensure all analytics and reporting efforts align with the organization’s business and sales strategies
Oversee sales pipelines and workflows to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Deliver accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends

Bachelors degree required, Masters or advanced degree a plus
6+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in a sales operations or business operations function
2+ years of leadership experience or desire to begin people manager responsibilities
Skilled in analyzing complex sales data, identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions
Experienced in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Project Management Skills: Competent in planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery
In-depth understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, with familiarity in various sales methodologies and strategies
Proficient with sales tools and technologies
