Serve as the face of the company: delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
Execute daily: store visits following Mondelēz’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via digital merchandising initiative (DMI)
Build and maintain: strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
Order product: via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
Implement promotional displays: and ensure compliance with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores
Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
Support seasonal sales: new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
Stay Safe & Compliant: embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle
Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
