Role Overview
- Define, operationalize, and orchestrate the IT Governance approach and cadence
- Partner with the Transformation Management Office to harmonize and optimize cross-functional governance
- Support IT senior leadership with executive slides and dashboards for Board and Leadership Team-level reporting
- Lead Transformation initiatives for the IT organization as identified by senior leadership
- Drive leading practices across IT playbooks and execution throughout IT domains
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
- 15+ years of experience in Information Technology, Program Management
- 10 years of experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, or Divestitures
- 10 years of experience working with globally distributed teams
- 5 years of experience with directly managing people
- 5 years of experience leading IT Transformation programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
