Role Overview
- Develop and maintain lasting, trusting relationships with members and clients
- Listen to members’ and clients’ needs and provide appropriate advice
- Work closely with individual members and businesses to drive results by recommending investments, loans, and insurance products
- Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, and follow up on areas for improvement
- Stay up to date on financial services industry trends
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative Certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Knowledge of French is required
