Aid taxpayers via telephone and written correspondence concerning departmental billings and delinquencies and take appropriate actions to resolve accounts.
Examine and update departmental or taxpayer records and may contact taxpayer or other departmental personnel for final resolution.
Assist taxpayers with inquiries regarding registration, e-services, filing obligations, and departmental rules.
Requirements
Administrative, secretarial, clerical, or financial experience.
Customer service experience.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
