About this role
Role Overview
Managing all subscription services, including the end-to-end processing of renewals, NaaS orders, and Pulse subscriptions.
Executing heavy reporting and data analysis within Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure total accuracy in our subscription records.
Driving a proactive renewal motion, identifying upcoming expiries and coordinating with internal teams to ensure no service interruptions.
Maintaining high standards of data hygiene, auditing records to ensure the integrity of our back-end operations.
Collaborating across functions, acting as a key point of contact for the Sales, Channel, and Operations teams.
Supporting external partners and distributors by providing clarity on subscription status and processing requirements.
Requirements
Proficiency with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is required
You must be comfortable with VLOOKUPs and basic formulas to manage large datasets
Ideally 2-3 years of experience in an operations, renewals, or data-centric role
A background that shows the ability to wear multiple hats and pivot between different functions
