About this role
Role Overview
Design, build, and optimise HubSpot workflows (lead nurture, lifecycle stages, automation logic)
Take ownership of improving lead-to-customer conversion across key funnels
Own and maintain CRM structure, including properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages
Build and manage lead funnels, including test ride bookings, D2C purchase journeys, and B2B / dealer leads
Implement lead scoring and segmentation
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HubSpot and integrated systems
Work closely with developers to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data capture into HubSpot
Build and maintain dashboards for conversion rates, funnel performance, and lead quality
Identify and fix issues such as broken workflows, duplicate data, and poor attribution
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, CRM structure, automation)
Proven experience building multi-step, logic-based workflows
Experience owning or managing a CRM system end-to-end
Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion optimisation, and lifecycle marketing
Experience integrating HubSpot with other systems (e.g. Shopify)
Experience debugging workflow issues, data inconsistencies, and attribution gaps
Strong analytical skills (ability to interpret and act on data)
