Lead the composite structures design team
Serve as technical lead to meet performance, cost, schedule and reliability requirements
Conduct research to integrate new cutting-edge technologies and materials into our designs
Design composite stages and integrate complex composite structures within the launcher
Make strategic technical decisions that shape the overall design
Ensure mastery of manufacturing processes and testing methods
Serve as the primary technical point of contact with other departments and suppliers
Oversee multiple design projects

Degree in Materials, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
Specialization, dual degree or PhD in composites
Proven experience (more than 10 years)
In-depth knowledge of composite materials, manufacturing processes and testing methods
Proficiency in English (minimum B2–C1 level)
Demonstrated experience in coordinating and mentoring less experienced engineers
Strong aptitude for solving complex problems and for team development
Ability to interact effectively with other company departments
