Partner directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements
Support proofs of concept, pilot implementations, and production-oriented deployments
Troubleshoot integration issues and help customers build within their own environments
Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to unblock customer progress
Represent the company credibly in technical conversations with senior engineers and enterprise stakeholders
Surface recurring customer needs and implementation patterns to internal teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role
Strong technical foundation, ideally with a computer science background or equivalent hands-on engineering experience
Ability to work directly with customers and communicate clearly in technical settings
Experience troubleshooting integrations, implementations, or deployment-related issues
Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments and moving quickly with limited structure
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical depth with customer empathy
Regular use of modern engineering tools and AI-assisted workflows in day-to-day work
