Develop, implement, and continuously improve an audit-ready quality management system within logistics
Ensure compliance with and further development of Consumer Related Quality Standards (CRQS) across all logistics processes
Prepare, introduce, and sustainably maintain IFS Logistics certification standards as well as relevant IFS Broker requirements
Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits, including action tracking
Perform gap and risk analyses and derive and implement appropriate improvement measures
Establish transparent, standardized, and efficient quality processes with a focus on continuous improvement
Develop, maintain, and monitor process and work instructions within logistics operations
Build and ensure end-to-end traceability along the logistics process chain
Implement and manage an effective training and qualification system
Analyze and reduce quality deviations, complaints, and risks (e.g., damaged goods)
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and advise departments on quality-related topics
Act as a contact person for external auditing bodies and contribute to cross-functional quality initiatives

Completed vocational training or degree, ideally with further specialization in quality management
Solid knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ideally IFS Logistics / IFS Broker)
Experience in building and developing QM systems and in process management
Hands-on experience in conducting and supporting audits and working in certification environments
Strong analytical skills for risk and root cause analysis and implementation of effective measures
Good understanding of logistics processes (warehousing, picking, transport, traceability)
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with high quality awareness
Strong communication skills and assertiveness when working with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in training management and communicating quality requirements is a plus
