About this role
Role Overview
Handling multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality customer service.
Managing customer inquiries efficiently and ensuring timely responses across different projects.
Working on multiple tasks and projects at the same time, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and service standards.
Operating in a rotational shift environment, including night shifts, ensuring consistent support coverage.
Engaging with customers in a fast-paced, face-to-face (real-time) environment, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Requirements
1 year and above of experience in Live Chat or Customer Service roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at the same time while Maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and high service quality.
Willingness and flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Fast learner with a proactive mindset, able to quickly understand new systems, processes, and product knowledge with minimal supervision.
Good academic background, experience in BPO or similar industries is an advantage.
