Manufacturing Process Engineer

Role Overview

• Lead process development, validation, and transfer for consumer electronics products
• Own process documentation suite: assembly flow diagrams and control plans
• Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews
• Drive yield improvement and defect reduction using DOE, SPC, root cause analysis
• Manage process qualification milestones and factory readiness reviews
• Define process capability requirements and execute capability studies
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve throughput
• Collaborate with quality engineering to establish AQL inspection standards
• Represent manufacturing requirements at NPI stage-gate reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience in consumer electronics manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in DFM and DFA
