Customer support: central point of contact for customers via phone, email and remote access.
Independent acceptance, processing and documentation of service requests and incidents.
Technical support and system monitoring: analysis, prioritization and sustainable resolution of incidents in the areas of virtualization, Windows and Linux server services.
Administration of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems and networks.
Proactive monitoring of customer systems and regular health checks.
Identification of root causes and derivation of improvement measures.
Managed Services: planning, execution and control of managed services within agreed SLAs.
Participation in change management and consistent documentation of all procedures.
Preparation of service reports and support for Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
Close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, secure and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Professional background: completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification.
Career changers with relevant practical experience are also welcome.

Service orientation: a professional and friendly manner in dealing with customers and colleagues is a matter of course for you.

Terms such as DNS and DHCP are familiar to you, and you have a solid basic understanding of networks that you can further develop with us in a practical setting.
Virtualization & Cloud: good practical experience with VMware technologies (Broadcom / Omnissa) and knowledge of cloud environments.
Interest in IT security: you have an interest in IT security topics and actively apply or continuously deepen this knowledge in day-to-day work.
Technology affinity: enthusiasm for new technologies and trends, especially in cloud and security, combined with a willingness to continuously further your education.
Language skills: very good German skills, both spoken and written.
