Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience – ideally in key account management, project management or Customer Success Management
Strong customer and service orientation
Empathy, confident presence and assertiveness
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Clear, persuasive and present communication – both in one-on-one settings and in front of groups
Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style
High level of organizational skill and solid commercial know-how
Business-fluent German and English
Solid project management skills
Affinity for technical topics
