You are the central point of contact between internal departments and clients, building trusting relationships and maintaining them through active relationship management
You identify the individual needs of clients and their employees to develop tailored solutions and ensure high satisfaction
You guide new and existing clients through all order processes, maintaining high standards of quality and service
You proactively communicate new benefits and developments and actively help shape the benefits portfolio — including innovative bonus models
You provide strategic advice to clients, develop customised benefits programs and identify improvement opportunities in existing systems to sustainably enhance employee retention
Requirements
Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management or customer success management
Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics, ideally complemented by experience in Compensation & Benefits
Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills and assertiveness
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong planning and organizational skills
Confident handling of commercial matters
Business-fluent German and English
Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
