About this role
Role Overview
You coordinate communication between internal departments and clients
You develop long-term client relationships and maintain them through regular, personal interaction
You identify individual client needs and ensure their satisfaction
You keep clients informed about new benefits, developments, and optimization opportunities
You expand the benefits offering and successfully implement innovative bonus models
Requirements
Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
At least two years of professional experience in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong service and customer orientation, empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
Independent, solution-oriented working style with strong planning and coordination abilities
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
