Initiative: You contribute to activating client employees through events and communication measures.
CRM management: You document your activities in a structured way in our CRM system (Salesforce), enabling efficient collaboration.
Sales innovation: You contribute optimization suggestions and ideas to make the sales organization even more successful.
Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Supply and Existing Business.
Requirements
Sales experience: You have at least two years of practical experience in B2B sales and are ready to apply your skills in a growing market segment.
Regional ties: You are based in Frankfurt (Main), Bad Hersfeld or Fulda and know the region well — familiar with the local culture, people and regional specifics.
Results-driven: You are motivated by the idea of being in control of your own success.
Purpose-driven selling: You want to sell a meaningful product as the next step in your career and help companies put workplace health promotion at the center with EGYM Wellpass.
Working style: You maintain a structured and independent way of working.
Occupational health management: Ideally, you have experience in occupational health management / corporate sports or bring relevant knowledge, e.g. through academic studies.
