Be responsible for the delivery pace and quality of your project.
Mobilize and lead your team, make technical decisions suited to the context, and support Software Engineers in their growth.
Aim for a significantly higher level of quality by structuring delivery around clear standards.
Design scalable and resilient architectures (clear, shared architecture diagrams).
Write precise specifications to enable bug-free feature development.
Implement a quality strategy based on Clean Code, automated tests, and code reviews.
Act as the client's technical partner and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

4 to 8 years of development experience
Strong mastery of web architectures (frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, deployment) and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to design scalable architectures, make appropriate technical choices, and ensure a high level of code quality.
Experience coaching and mentoring developers while staying connected to the tech (tech watch, coding, pair programming).
Value-creation mindset and a solid understanding of the client's business challenges.
