As a Data Scientist (m/f/d), you drive data-driven decision making across the company.
You design and develop new data products for our service division, with a focus on group-wide reporting.
In the longer term, you will also support organizational development through the introduction and use of process mining tools for process analysis and optimization.
In addition, you will be responsible for further data-related development initiatives and provide valuable decision-making insights through your analyses.
Your work strengthens a culture of data thinking and makes data-driven services actionable, giving you a direct impact on the success of the entire company.

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
Passion for data, analytics, and processes, with strong conceptual thinking skills
Strong technical abilities and the capacity to solve complex business problems in a structured way
Understanding of the business context and the ability to identify how data analytics can improve processes
Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models
Comfortable working with large datasets and experienced with databases and data visualization tools
Good to very good SQL skills and experience with SAP; Python knowledge is a plus
Able to communicate the results of your work clearly, appropriately for the audience, and convincingly to stakeholders
