Ensure the quality and compliance of products in accordance with official regulations, internal standards, and customer specifications.
Perform physical and cosmetic inspection of incoming materials to ensure they meet required specifications (quality, quantity, physical condition);
Monitor each stage of cargo handling processes to identify errors that could compromise the final product or lead to rework;
Control receiving (IQC/IPQC) and shipping (OQC/FQC) processes to ensure compliance with official regulations, company policies, and customer requirements;
Oversee product assembly to ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling;
Prepare internal and external non-conformance reports and, together with supervision, implement containment and corrective actions;
Conduct daily process audits across departments to detect potential product quality issues and process non-conformities;
Use equipment and operational systems correctly;
Provide support to the operations team during daily activities;
Maintain an organized workplace following the 5S methodology;
Propose projects and ideas to improve operational workflows and the work environment;
Report any irregularities or operational issues found;
Ensure safety regulations are applied and followed.
