As part of the team, you develop robust, scalable, and modern backend components in Java.
You implement the technical foundation of our rapid-application platform.
You integrate external services such as email, Exchange, authentication, etc., and contribute to the ongoing development of our service-oriented architecture.
You take ownership of testing your components (automated unit and integration tests).
You work closely with other development teams (frontend, cloud, AI).
You contribute across boundaries — your ability to look beyond individual tasks is valued; we expect more than just ticket-driven implementation.

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Java backend development following your degree or vocational training.
Some experience with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL, or MariaDB) is a strong plus.
You enjoy working in service-oriented architectures (SOA).
You want to shape and drive solutions—not just maintain; you proactively seek solutions where others see problems.
You speak fluent German (at least C1) — this is important for team communication.
You are on-site in the Geisenhausen office 2–3 days per week for collaboration, team building, and real dialogue.
