About this role
Role Overview
Handle outbound and inbound outreach, acting as the first point of contact with prospects;
Lead the initial stage of the sales process by identifying pain points and business opportunities;
Prospect new leads and make contact via phone, email, and other channels;
Qualify leads according to pre-established criteria, ensuring accurate handoff to Sales Executives;
Organize schedules and cadence workflows for engaging with leads;
Schedule presentation meetings for Sales Executives with end customers;
Continuously update the CRM and ensure data accuracy;
Monitor KPIs and record prospecting performance metrics.
Requirements
High school diploma (college studies in progress is a plus);
Previous experience in commercial/sales roles or customer service-related positions;
Experience with phone-based relationship management and proactive customer outreach;
Goal
and results-oriented profile, with a focus on numerical performance;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage different customer profiles;
Plus: familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline organization.
