Quality assurance in the donation center: monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards and GMP guidelines within regulatory requirements
Administrative support in the donation center and center organizational tasks
Responsibilities include, among others, operational organization, quality assurance and administrative management including inventory and order management
Document management, quality management and office organization
Responding to inquiries from the Human Resources department
Preparation of reports and statistics (e.g., Excel)
Support for the Head of Production
Requirements
Completed commercial training (e.g., commercial clerk in healthcare, industrial clerk, bank clerk)
Ideally with experience in quality assurance or quality management (QM)
Structured working style, strong communication skills, organizational ability and teamwork
High standards of quality and an interest in the practical implementation of processes and standards
Confident use of MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
Willingness to travel when covering for colleagues (as required)
English skills are an advantage
