Manage sales activities for assigned North American customers and market segments.
Build strong relationships with customer Purchasing, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to protect existing business and develop new opportunities.
Support customer and internal discussions related to Quality and Logistics as needed.
Conduct regular virtual and onsite customer meetings, traveling 10 -25%.
Collaborate with internal teams (Application Engineering, Product Management, Customer Center) to prepare and deliver timely RFQ responses.
Oversee project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and escalating issues when necessary.
Address technical and commercial issues proactively, driving resolutions and aligning internal resources to meet targets.
Support operational planning, forecasting, and pricing activities, including schedule reviews, deviation analysis, and commodity/FX adjustments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years of progressive experience in OE sales or a related sales field
Commercial vehicle experience preferred
Deep understanding of commercial vehicle business, market trends, and innovation
Technical/Sales background, as well as solid experience managing multidisciplinary teams with high levels of ambiguity/uncertainty
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strategic & critical thinking required, with the ability to draw a vision for the account
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
