About this role
Role Overview
- Coordinate and lead installation activities at client sites.
- Supervise installation teams, ensuring safety and quality.
- Collaborate with sales and clients on quotes and schedules.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Conduct site visits and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and enforce safety protocols.
- Train teams members and act as the main contact for clients.
- Report project status to management.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in product installation or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Strong knowledge of product installation procedures, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management software.
- OSHA or other relevant safety certifications.
