Design and execute a technology plan for digital products that is aligned with the company’s strategic drivers.
Identify the enablers that make the strategy feasible and ensure their implementation at the right timing.
Work to align an Intentional Architecture model with a clear roadmap, where each Enabler component of this architecture communicates with the business, guiding the architecture team to drive Architecture in an evolutionary way.
Serve as an advisor and promoter of experimentation models and hypothesis validation, facilitating related processes.
Ensure consistency in the implementation of architectural best practices across the contract.
Manage the technical team’s career development, especially ensuring the formation of a robust architecture team.
Lead technical-challenge discussions with the client within PDCA cycles based on technical metrics.
Coordinate the contract’s advances in technical maturity.
Responsible for coordinating the integrated Technical Roadmap across Value Streams.
Support the management of Value Stream Technical Roadmaps.
Accountable for the contract’s technical decisions and ensure their cohesion with the business.
Responsible for the visual management (Situation Wall) of architecture-related information.
Identify opportunities for technological evolution and ensure execution of studies and benchmarks to choose the best strategy.
Monitor technical metrics across the entire Value Stream and take corrective actions when necessary.

Strong background and experience working with Java (Spring Boot, EJB, Spring Framework) and .NET.
Experience with different programming paradigms (Object-Oriented and Procedural).
Experience in a mature DevOps environment, with continuous integration and delivery (Git, SCM).
Experience with Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS and Google Cloud).
Solid technical knowledge of AWS solutions, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.
Lead, enable and engage the software architects team, promoting career development for other technical roles.
Knowledge of Java EJB applications.
Ability to mobilize people internally and with the client, communicating clearly to resolve problems and impediments.
Create and manage the project’s technical roadmap, including technical dependencies.
Orchestrate and integrate solutions, making trade-offs on product evolution considering technical indicators.
Manage and train new architects to ensure the application of software engineering best practices.
