About this role
Role Overview
- Analyze new business requirements and develop technical concepts together with SAP consultants
- Implement enhancements, customizations and bug fixes in the ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 environments of SAP S/4HANA
- Ensure the quality, performance and stability of the developed solutions
- Identify and realize consolidation and optimization potentials in existing applications
- Assess code changes and provide technical coordination with external SAP partners
- Perform error analysis, debugging and comprehensive functional and integration testing
- Support and assist with integrated testing of SAP applications and interfaces
- Participate in release upgrades of installed products and actively contribute to the process
Requirements
- Experience as an ABAP developer and/or SAP Fiori/UI5 developer
- Very good knowledge of ABAP OO, ideally complemented by CDS Views and modern SAP development concepts
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and an understanding of complex SAP application landscapes
- IT-related education or a business degree with substantial IT training (FH/HF or equivalent)
- Structured, solution-oriented and quality-conscious working style
- Strong communication skills when working with internal business areas and external partners
- Very good German and good to very good English skills
