Directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities
Monitoring lawyer time entries for compliance with firm standards
Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
Gathering and managing preferences of assigned attorneys for tasks such as expense reimbursement, document management/edits, calendaring and scheduling, and travel arrangements
Preserving the confidentiality of firm and client protected information
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent; preferably a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably
