Payroll Specialist

Role Overview

• Process US payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Prepare post-payroll 401(k), FSA, and HSA contribution files for remittance
• Manage ADP payroll system and make recommendations for improvement
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and SOX controls
• Perform SOX testing on other accounting processes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of real-world experience in the HR/Payroll field
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow software is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of stock-related transactions such as options, ESPP and RSUs is desirable
• Experience with Canada payroll is Highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team oriented with outstanding integrity and accuracy in work
• Can-do, figure-it-out mentality with a strong sense of urgency and pro-activeness.
