Develop analytical models for production utilization, constraint assessment and alternative scenarios to optimize capacity and inventory forecasts.
Perform line balancing considering cycle times, bottlenecks, layout, shifts and resource allocation.
Lead the Supply Planning Review stages, providing structured analyses and clear recommendations.
Plan and size the workforce considering growth scenarios, productivity, automation and efficiency.
Act as a liaison between Production Planning & Control (PCP), Logistics, Engineering, Finance and S&OP.
Monitor capacity, utilization, efficiency and cost indicators.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.
Proven experience in production planning, capacity planning and S&OP.
Strong knowledge of load vs. capacity analysis, line balancing and resource sizing.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in medium
and long-term scenario modeling.
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
Prior experience as technical owner/responsible for the Supply Planning Review within S&OP.
Practical experience with SAP IBP.
Knowledge of Python, SQL or other advanced analytical tools.
Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
Experience with SAP modules SD/PP/MM.
