Serve as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and delivering high-impact client management and support.
Lead development and execution of integrated marketing communications programs aligned to client business goals.
Oversee day-to-day account activity, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, timelines, and client expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Manage scopes and understand the impact of project hours and team utilization to keep projects and the client operating profitably.

5+ years of marketing and/or corporate communications experience
2+ years of project management experience
2+ years of direct team management and supervision experience
3+ years of experience managing clients, including leading client meetings and communicating directly with clients on project updates
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
Ability to understand and communicate complex products, services, and solutions.
