Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care
Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (part-time/ full-time optional)
Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
Oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures
Participation in organizational trainings and professional development
Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adhere to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis

Must be fully licensed to practice independently with any of the following licensures: Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT) required OR must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed PhD or PsyD.
Must be licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois
Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 2-7 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting (Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred)
Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial: Individual & Family-focused therapy CBT | DBT | ACT EMDR Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management) CADC Marriage and Family Therapy IOP/PHP programs Group Therapy
